Blueprint gives whoever runs wellness the Blueprint program tool, gives every officer and their family confidential access to the Wellness Hub in the Lighthouse app, and includes a peer support training scholarship every year. It saves a snapshot every year so you can see how far you've come. One conversation and you can start it the same week.
For your peer team
Requests come in, anonymous if the person wants. Your lead assigns a peer, logs the follow-up and keeps private case notes. Reports show totals, never names.
Need to train the team? PeerPath and the Academy cover new peers through team leaders, with certificates. Selected Lighthouse Academy courses are available at no cost.
Critical incident management
For teams that respond when something happens. Send a callout, see who's available, log the engagement and follow up after. Turn on outside requests and other agencies can ask your team for help through a public page. People who've never signed in don't get callouts.
Paid · Your agency’s Wellness App
Your agency’s custom branded Wellness App is a paid product. It brings resources, self-checks, courses and a personal Vault that stays with them even after they leave. The Wellness Hub in the Lighthouse app comes with Blueprint at no cost.
Vault is tied to their personal phone or email, never their work account. They decide who sees what, and they can take that access back. Every time something is opened, it's recorded.
Baseline
Baseline doesn't hand you a daily score to chase. Wear a ring, watch or band you already own, or one of ours. Baseline learns what normal looks like for you, then tells you which way you're heading over weeks and months.
It shows your heart rate on calls compared to your usual, and how long it takes you to settle after. There's audio for sleep, breathing and winding down, plus a place to log shifts and calls.
Your agency only sees group totals. Never a name, never your numbers.
For clinicians who work with first responders
When a client chooses to share, you see their sleep, heart rate and recovery against their own baseline, between visits and in the room. You get facts, not risk scores.
Keep session notes your client doesn't see, and export a PDF for your own records system. The client decides what you see and can take it back anytime.
