Every officer and their family gets confidential access to the basics they need to live stronger, healthier, longer lives: articles and guides written for first responders, resources and self-checks, on the web and in the Lighthouse app. Your agency’s own branded Wellness App is a separate paid product.
The Blueprint program tool
A defined place for your wellness program to live. Take stock of every area, from peer support to physical wellness to leadership. Plan the next steps, run surveys, track your budget and timeline, write reports, and certify the program every year.
A peer support training scholarship
Every Blueprint agency gets one peer support training scholarship each year. For an agency starting out, that is the first trained peer. For an established team, it adds depth.
