IRIS Bulletins is the no-cost starting point for IRIS. Share officer-safety information across your agency and with neighboring agencies through the IRIS 4PS app. Add the rest of IRIS whenever your agency is ready.
How IRIS started
It started with one phone call.
We built our first public safety app in 2011. In 2017 Huntington Beach PD called us, fed up with digging through email to find the day's bulletins. Important stuff was getting buried under everything else.
So we built them a better way to get it out to their people. Then the next agency asked for the same thing, and the next one asked for something a little different.
Huntington Beach stuck with us. Over the years their team built a lot of their own tools for things like overtime, vehicle and complaint logs, inspections and daily activity. This year we brought every one of them into IRIS. Now any agency can turn them on.
That's how we've worked the whole time. Quietly, sitting with the people who actually do the work, and building what they need. When one agency builds something good, everybody gets it.
