IRIS Bulletins is how your agency sends BOLOs, officer safety notices, wanted and missing persons, and roll-call training. Fill in a few fields and it becomes a flyer with your agency's logo and colors. It reaches every phone, desktop and MDT, and you can see who has read it.

Information only helps if it reaches the people who need it, when they need it. In most agencies, the day's bulletins arrive as email attachments mixed in with everything else. The person who needs the plate number is in a patrol car, and the attachment is buried three screens down.

It started in 2017, when Huntington Beach PD called us about bulletins buried in email. It has been part of IRIS ever since.
