Rich Creamer

Rich Creamer brings 24 years of experience in law enforcement with the Norfolk Police Department to our team. In his role with Lighthouse, Rich works strategically with agency leadership, chaplains, and supervisors for the short-term and long-term implementation of Lighthouse resources, education, and support to departmental personnel while developing wellness initiatives tailored to the needs of each individual organization.
